Shipping times depend on the products you purchase. All Fine Art Prints and Canvas Prints are made to order in our Frazetta Girls studio, so please allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment. All other items typically ship within 4-5 business days. Please note that during peak times, such as Black Friday and major sales events, shipping times may be extended due to higher order volumes. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery during these busy periods.
At this time, we only accept one payment method per order. If you have a gift card or discount code, these can be applied before finalizing payment.
Yes, pre-orders are charged in full at the time of checkout. Your order will be shipped during the estimated delivery window provided on the product page.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your package through the courier's website. You can also log into your account on our website to track your order status.
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us directly. Please note Art Print and Canvas orders must be canceled within 24 hours to quality. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but we can guide you through the return process if needed.
We accept returns on most items within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Fine Art Prints, Canvas Prints and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
