Ordering & Payment
1.Can I place an order by phone or email?
For security purposes, we do not take orders by phone or email. If you are having trouble with placing an order on our website, please contact us at email@example.com and we can help with troubleshooting the issue.
2. Can I split my order and send different parts to different addresses?
Sorry, only one shipping address per order.
3. How can I pay for my purchase?

1.When will my order ship?
All prints at Frazetta Girls are made to order and hand assembled by our partnering professional printers, Lunardi Studios. Please allow 4-5 business days from date of purchase for print process and assembly.
*NOTE* : During holidays and sale promotions, we experience an increase in demand. Customers should expect their packages to dispatch within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
2. How do I track my order?

All tracking information is sent by the automated system to the e-mail address on file with your order. Any changes or updates to the order will also be sent.

YES! Frazetta Girls ships anywhere in the world!
2. What Shipping method do you use?
All Domestic and International products will ship via USPS or UPS
3. What is Shipping time and cost?
Shipping time and cost depends on package contents and destination. All domestic packages will take 2-5 business days in transit. International package transit time varies from 6-21 business days. Please complete checkout for detailed shipping quotes.
4. What do I do if my product shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
All items shown delivered and or left at door, that are missing or lost need to be immediately brought to the attention of your local postal center/carrier. Please visit the following USPS link for further details: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

1.Can I cancel my order ?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. There will be a $5.95 fee applied for payment processing.
2. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item AND photos of the box it arrived in. (Please keep damaged packaging and items in possession for inspection.)
Returns & Exchanges
1.Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes! Returns/ Exchanges are accepted for qualifying items within 7 days of delivery date.
2. How do I proceed to process return/exchange?
Please e-mail email@example.com with your ORDER # and details for proceeding with a return/exchange.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
3. What qualifies for returns?
ONLY prints that arrive as an image error or damaged without noticeable package damage, will be accepted for return.
All apparel MUST meet the following criteria:
- No scents or odors
- No rips or tears
- No other signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached
- All original packaging must be included
- Accessories & SALE items are NON RETURNABLE
4. Do I qualify for FREE return Shipping?
Return shipping is paid for by Frazetta Girls ONLY for damaged or wrong items. Frazetta Girls will electronically e-mail a return label or send it with the corrected item for proper return.
5. When will I receive my exchange or refund?
All refunds and exchanges will be processed after the return item has been received at the warehouse. Please 3-5 Business days processing time to complete refunds or exchange after returned delivery.
